Description

Build-to-suit project in the Czech Republic for Johnson Controls, a global leader in automotive seating, interiors and electronics. The facility comprises 11,500 sqm of industrial space.
Construction started in April 2011; the hand over took time on August 2011.
The build-to-suit project is located within Triangle Industrial Zone, located approximately 80 km North West of Prague and 30 km from the German border. The facility, a 11,500 square-meter building, will serve as a production plant for automotive interior components.
The Triangle Strategic Zone is mainly intended for investors, whose business and investment plans are focused on the manufacturing industry, R&D, strategic services, technological centers. Panattoni Europe plans to support a future growth of the zone by expanding it's activities.
