A fast operational launch was crucial for the project. Thanks to the universal standard of Panattoni’s speculative facility, DFDS was able to move its operations into the new building almost immediately. The location, with direct access to the S11 expressway and the A2 motorway, ensures efficient service for clients and excellent connectivity with logistics hubs across Western Europe.
As a company with Scandinavian roots, DFDS also placed strong emphasis on environmental aspects – the building has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification. The facility features water-saving systems, energy-efficient lighting, and infrastructure for electric vehicles, among other sustainable solutions.
