The facility was tailored to the requirements of the automotive sector and the tenant's needs. The investment totals 22,000 sqm of space.
16,000 sqm are taken up by the warehousing and production functions, whereas 6,000 sqm are used as offices and staff rooms.
The investment was developed in zone 2 of the warsaw market, some 28 km from the city centre of the capital. The facility lies in the vicinity of the E-30 expressway and the junction linking the A2 motorway running from Berlin to Moscow with the national road no 579. Additionally, the project borders on the planned 200-hectare industrial zone, equipped with adequate road infrastructure for the purposes of heavy transport.
