The Tri-City region is relatively new to the warehousing market, with industrial space resources exceeding 100,000 m². This is Poland's largest port city and one of the major economic centres. With a view to the companies based in Pomerania, Panattoni has invested in the construction of Panattoni Park Gdańsk East I, whose location guarantees smooth operations in the Tri-City market. This project encompasses four buildings totalling 46,550 m² of modern warehouse space.
Panattoni Park Gdańsk offers its customers top-quality warehouse and office space, as well as state-of-the-art solutions in goods storage. The proximity of the A1 motorway and, consequently, access to the nationwide road infrastructure makes it an attractive location for customers operating in the Polish and international market.
The centre is located in the vicinity of the southern leg of the Tri-City bypass, connecting the A1 motorway with the national road no 7, some 500 m from the planned Błonie road junction on the Sucharski Route, running from Gdańsk harbour to the southern leg of the bypass and the A1 motorway.
Panattoni Park Gdańsk is one of the best located distribution parks in Pomerania. Situated near the harbour and the new deepwater container terminal, the logistics centre is ideally suited for e.g. international sea freight services.
