More warehouse space for Bydgoszcz – 40,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, recognises the growth potential of the Kujawy-Pomerania region and develops another logistics park there – Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The project featuring in excess of 40,000 sqm of useful floor area lies just 3 km from the city’s bypass, and 5.3 km from the city centre. The construction of the new park is set to commence in September, and the first tenants will be able to move in in Q1 2020.

Kujawy-Pomerania – Panattoni Europe likes being here! To date, the developer has delivered 160,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in the Kujawy-Pomerania region. Two proprietary Panattoni distribution centres in Bydgoszcz and Toruń have been put on the market, along with two facilities custom-tailored for their occupiers: BTS Kaufland and BTS Carrefour Polska. Another project is under development – Panattoni Park Toruń II, and now the developer has decided to create Panttoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The investment, planned to total 40,000 sqm, is the company’s response to the steadily growing demand from the local market for modern warehouse space. Hence, the commencement is planned for the coming September, and handover of the first units to the tenants is scheduled for Q1 2020.
