Panattoni triumphs at CIJ Awards in Czech Republic and Slovakia: innovative communication, sustainable development and successful entry to Slovakia
In 2019 the industrial zone developer Panattoni delivered the best storage space to the Czech market and created the best communication campaign in industrial development. That was the result of prestigious CIJ Awards 2019 Czech Republic. The company also succeeded in CIJ Awards 2019 Slovakia, confirming its successful entry to Slovakia.
As part of CIJ Awards Czech Republic, the expert jury awarded a prize to ViaPharma’s building at Panattoni Park Prague Airport II in the Best Warehouse Development category and to the innovative presentation of Pilsen Digital Park through virtual reality in Prague’s Virtuplex lab in the Best PR & Marketing Campaign category. In Slovakia, Panattoni shined in two competition categories. Its first industrial zone in the country was announced by the expert jury as the best real estate transaction and best warehouse development.
“I consider the prizes at CIJ Awards in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as proof that we are going in the right direction and also as a pleasant encouragement for further work. I must commend our Slovak team, because in a single year it managed a lot: it set up a branch in Bratislava, introduced the first industrial zone in Košice, and even started construction of a hall for the first tenant,” says Pavel Sovička, Panattoni’s Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
ViaPharma’s hall at Panattoni Park Prague Airport II stands out for its outstanding sustainable development features. Within the latest BREEAM certification standard, it achieved the highest score for all industrial buildings in the Czech Republic at the Excellent level. Thesecond award-winning project, Pilsen Digital Park, is still being arranged, but all the more so it is heard about. The developer organized a unique virtual reality presentation in the Virtuplex lab in Prague.
Panattoni Park Košice Airport is a new industrial park offering almost 8 hectares of modern production and storage facilities. With ideal location close to Košice Airport, the industrial zone is directly connected to the D1 motorway. The first tenant is GGT, the largest tobacco products distributor in Slovakia.
